NO VEHICLES MAY BE PARKED IN ANY SELLING SPACE. PARTICIPANTS MUST UNLOAD
VEHICLE AT SPACE
AND THEN PARK IN VIP PARKING LOT NEXT TO WHITE HORSE INN. VIP PARKING PASSES
WILL BE GIVEN TO
PARTICIPANTS AT SET-UP. ONLY ON PASS PER SPACE. EXTRA VEHICLES MUST PART
AT SCHOOL FOR $5.00 FEE.
SPACE FEE: $200 FOR 2 DAYS. 1 DAY RESERVATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
NOTE: SPACE FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED FOR
ANY REASON. IN SIGNING
THIS CONTRACT, EXHIBITOR AGREES TO ABIDE BY ALL RULES & REGULATIONS AS
STIPULATED BY THE
CHATSWORTH CRANBERRY FESTIVAL & IN THIS DOCUMENT, IN THE ACCOMPANYING RULES,
AND ANY
AND ALL FUTURE REGULATIONS THE FESTIVAL COMMITTEE MIGHT FIND NECESSARY TO
INSTITUTE.
EXHIBITOR ALSO AGREES TO SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS: THE FESTIVAL COMMITTEE, TOWN OF
CHATSWORTH,
AND ANY OTHER ORGANIZATIONS DESIGNATED BY THE FESTIVAL COMMITTEE, AND ALSO THESE
ENTITIES'
OWNERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND ALL REPRESENTATIVES, FROM LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGE, FIRE, THEFT, LOSS, FINES, COST, CLAIM
OR SUIT.

THE COST OF A SPACE IS $225.00 AND MUST BE IN THE FORM OF A CERTIFIED CHECK OR
MONEY ORDER.
JURYING WILL BEGIN WHEN WE RECEIVE THE FIRST APPLICATION, AND ON
A CONTINUING BASIS AS APPLICATIONS ARE RECEIVED.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A POST CARD AS VERIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE.
